I'm sitting here using my Homedics Shiatsu Massaging Cushion with Heat. It's great! I saw one person on here say that the top part for the shoulder massage didn't reach her/his neck. I had the same problem until I figured out how to adjust it. You have to hold down the down arrow for a few seconds for it to adjust. I've just had this a few days but so far it is absolutely wonderful. This is the best present my husband has ever gotten me :)Customer Review: Best massage ever from a chair placed massager

I have had a lot of pain this summer and spent a lot of money with massage therapist. This does not replace that, but after massage and get doing stuff pain is quick to come back. Homedics is great product, second massager I have gotten from them and loved them both. Really love it before bed, it gets be so close to falling asleep in chair. My husband adores this product. Two years ago, I purchased the simular one from Homedics, without heat. He actually worn that one out. I bought him this new one with heat an neck massage. None other can compete. It is awesome.

My husband loves this product and uses it often. I am under 5' tall and the low settings are not anatomically correct unless I sit on a couple of pillows ~ but it was a gift for him. We demo'd it in a local department store before buying it. It's great way to ease away kinks and knots. Purchasing this item from Amazon saved me a bundle even after the shipping & handling and it arrived in time for Christmas.Customer Review: The best invention ever

We love this massaging unit and are so happy that we didn't buy a big, heavy massaging chair instead. The unit is easily moved from room to room, or even taken on travels.
The only drawback is that the neck unit, although adjustable, is not quite reaching the neck/shoulders of a person shorter than 5'4".
Anyone with sore backs or tension should have this massaging cushion!
