I've contacted the company several times with no response as to why this thermometer gives a reading of 96.6 for every person in my family. We've followed the directions and done everything the book says to do to troubleshoot the problem but to no avail. I really wish I had not wasted the $80 on this thermometer.Customer Review: Waste of money

Is the worst product I've purchased from amazon. I've read the instructions several times and the lecture of temperature always is wrong. I think I wasted my money and time in this product.
