I have bought this product 2 times and 2 times I have had to return it! The fabric inside get caught in the spinning motor and the pillow crinkles in to itself. The motor stops working and if you don't turn it off quick enough the motor will burn and smell horrible!Customer Review: this thing sux

it works well but the inner fabric/padding wears out and gets caught in the rollers causing the whole thing to rip and tear from inside out. poor design. I suggest getting something of better quality and design.Customer Review: junk, worst purchase

Broke the third time I used it, within 3 weeks i bought it. This product has no quality control or final testing. I spend the money for a piece of junk. I'm very mad.
