I bought the pillow for my wife. She gave birth to our daughter in December and has not had the best of luck with things since. Her back is always aching. I bought this pillow to try and relieve some of that. And based upon the reviews here, this pillow would do the trick.
It certainly did. She slept soundly for the first time in over a year after just the first use. It eased the aches and pains in the base of her back and the soothing heat hit the spot.

I get the worst pain in my upper back between my shoulder blades from being on the computer too much. I was having to spend lots of money on professional massages but with this massager, no more! I prop it up on a horizontal pillow on a straight-backed kitchen chair and lean against it. The massager works wonders. Since I've had it my back has been great! Just make sure you only use it for about 15-20 minute increments as to not overheat it. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!Customer Review: Excellent Investement

This pillow is worth every penny. With my fibromyalgia it gets a lot of use. It has a wonderful deep massage and comfortable heat. Unlike the full chair models I can position it on any sore muscle and it's easy to travel with. I wish the heads rotated in the opposite as I like an upward motion but I just flip it over to solve that small problem. I like the soft cover and neat appearance so it doesn't look like a clinic in my den. I highly recommend this one.Customer Review: Best Massage I've tried

I hobbled into a Bed Bath and Beyond suffering beyond belief, and found this massage pillow. Since it had heat, the ability to concentrate on any area of your back, shoulders, or neck, and the fantastic price...I brought it home. After using it for several hours straight, I could stand up straight again. This pillow is worth three times as much as they are asking for it. It has done wonders for me, and now for my Mother. This is the second pillow that we have purchased. The first one we gave to my mother in law, and she just went nuts over it. The second one, I purchased as a gift for my husband who get terrible migrains and tension headaches, this pillow is AMAZING!! My husband said he doesnt know how he has EVER lived without this pillow! I also use it when I can get it away from him for low back pain and it is great! Would recommend this to everyone!!!
