I purchased this item for my dad and we all tried it out. It worked really well and you could really feel the rollers. I was disappointed in the fact that I assumed "portable" meant that it would operate on a battery and could be used in the car or on airplanes because he travels a lot. That was not the case. Other than that, the actual product is very good.
