I bought this product recently and have been taking it for the last 3 weeks two to three times a day. It has worked amazingly well for me!! My hair was breaking and falling out, and I have seen a noticable difference as my hair is no longer breaking and falling out like it had been doing before I took the pills. Also, I had been using acrylic on my nails, and it completely destroyed the strength of my nails when I stopped using it. The silica pills have strengthened my nails back to better than normal. I am thriled with this product, and highly recommend its use.
