Customer Reviews of Huggies Snug & Dry Diapers, Size 5, 112-Count

Customer Review: Our final choice is Huggies
Summary: 4 Stars

My baby got urinary tract infection when he was 3 months old that we had to go through an "intensive diaper review". We were using Target brand at that time (by default we cheapies chose the cheapest brand - wrong decision!). Although Huggies are not as soft as Seventh Generation and not as slim as Pampers, eventually we chose Huggies because of more important issues - it doesn't have urine trapped at one place like the Target brand; it doesn't swell like a balloon when soaked like the Seventh Generation; it doesn't have a strange odor like Pampers. Having no issues makes it the best!

Customer Review: good
Summary: 4 Stars

Good product most of the time (had two packages with several unusable diapers in those over 1.5 years of usage). Really good price with Subscribe and Save program.

Customer Review: Baby Shaped 5 Stars. New Snug & Dry 3 Stars
Summary: 3 Stars

I have never had problems with Huggies, no leaks, fit my son well. I just finished my last package of Baby Shaped (with Lion King theme) and picked up a new box, which is now Snug & Dry (with Mickey Mouse theme). The first thing I noticed was the change in quality. These new diapers are MUCH thinner, and less substantial. The elastic waist and tabs are not as stretchy. These are now more in line with Luvs, but still priced higher. If I'd known of the quality change I would have bought Luvs instead. I was always willing to pay more for the quality of Huggies. Now I feel I've been douped.

Customer Review: Diaper Rash
Summary: 1 Stars

We've been using Pampers baby dry for some time, however Huggies seemed to be a little cheaper. We made the switch and ordered 3 boxes. Unfortunately, the diapers caused my boy to develop a bad diaper rash. We tried ointments with no luck. We bought a small pack of Pampers to see if it could be the diapers and sure enough the rash started to look better in a few days. He's since been rash free. I feel this is mostly due to the way the Pampers absorb fluids as well as draw them aware from the skin. If you have a sensitive skin baby, try Pampers and avoid the Huggies. Also, the Pampers tend to fit a little better, helping to eliminate leaks.

Customer Review: bad package
Summary: 1 Stars

I got this package today...The box was damaged very much. I am disappointed with the service, what amazon/ups provided.
