Customer Reviews of Human Touch Ottoman 2.0 Robotic Calf and Foot Massager Cashew MicrosuedeCustomer Review: Good product Summary: 4 Stars
Pros: This product is great, I am considering buying another one. I would not recommend it for your calf muscles as it is a little to hard on them, but for the feet, it is AMAZING. If you are not massaging your feet, you can use it as an ottoman.
Cons: Pending how big your calf muscles are this ottoman can be a little to hard. To the point that it simply hurts. Also, the price is a little steep.
Buy this product if you are on your feet most of the day or find that your feet could use a little massaging at the end of the day. You will not regret it.
Customer Review: ijoy calf massager Summary: 4 Stars
I find this product to be very good for calfs & one of the best foot massagers I've ever tried. The one drawback is that it tends to slide away from you when you are using it on your feet.
I would reccommend it.
Customer Review: Disappointed Summary: 3 Stars
I was surprised at the minimal amount of settings. I think there should be a width and pressure adjustment to adapt to different size calves and feet. My calves seem to get lost. The massage is not as intense as I would like. There is an odd popping noise which occurs when you feet are positioned in a certain way. Sounds like plastic.
On the positive side I like the look and style and was happy to find a material that matches my existing furniture.
Customer Review: Good calf massager but with serious fault! Summary: 1 Stars
OK. I got this massager for Christmas since I've been asking my husband to massage my calves all the time. The first a few days, it worked fine, and it actually massages calves pretty well. However, less than a week into using it, when I routinely turned it on, it made a really loud noise as if it came off the track. Then it stopped working all together. I can hear the motor running, but the rollers are not moving at all. I tried to open the cover up to see if the rollers were off track, and if I could correct that, but had no luck opening the cover. I might just have gotten a bad item, but come on.. within a week? I was going to contact the manufacturer for the limited warranty, but in the warranty information it says "this warranty applied only to the product and we are not responsible in any way for losses, damage or inconvenience caused by equilment failure.". Also, it seems like all the shipping and insurance for sending this thing out is on the customer, not the manufacturer. They will also charge labor for 90 days after the purchase. I've had better warranty with my $20 honeywell fans, as soon as I reported the product not working, they sent me a new one, and paid for the shipping of the old one. You would expect a better warranty with something more expensive you know!! I'm so mad, and since this is less than a week old, this thing is going right back to the store.
I called the manufacturer's customer service, and after faxing the proof of purchase, they are sending me a new one. I guess the warranty was just written in the most unfriendly way ever.. So, I'll see how my new one does..
