I've suffered with leg and foot cramps for a number of years. It was so bad at times that I couldn't even drive and would be afraid to go shopping at the mall for fear I would get a dreaded foot cramp in one or both of my feet and not be able to walk to get to my car. Nothing I would take or do would help. Then I tried Hylands for leg cramps. This product is unbelievable. It's the only thing that ever worked to relieve my cramping. In fact, if I feel a cramp coming on I just pop 2 pills under my tongue and I don't develop any cramps.
I never leave the house without them. I keep a bottle in my purse and one at my home. It's a total God send. I don't know what I ever did without them. Even if I do get a cramp, I take the pills and within minutes I have relief and no after effects at all such as soreness in the muscles. It's like I never had a cramp. Also, there were no bad side effects like upset stomach.
