Customer Review: not cold packs

I bought these to have for my son's baseball team. A few were no good at all. They had been activated somehow-possibly during packaging. The boys that had to use them said they didn't stay cold at all, maybe a minute. I know they are not supposed to be a long term use but more time being cold would be helpful. I used to use disposable ice packs when I was a paramedic and never had that problem.
