Keep this in your freezer for when you need something quick to get you through those horrible hot flashes! Also helpful if the a/c is cool enough for everyone else in the room but you! Comfortable. This product doesn't melt and leave you all wet like most of the other neck coolers. Buy the extra packs if you plan to need to stay cool longer than an hour.
