The product is impressive. The ice pack fits comfortably around the neck -- not too bulky and quite flexible. It fits loosely and is quite comfortable, yet the coolness can clearly be felt on the back of the neck. If something is too cold it quickly becomes uncomfortable, but this is just the right amount of cool. These small yet effective design features are what impress me.
I puchased extra ice inserts for the Ice Bandana because each pack is only good for approximately an hour. I use the pack outside while doing yard work, too. So many uses, even if just trying to cut down on air conditioning usage. Simple but successful product.
