I bought one of these gloves about three years ago for the obvious reasons, strained tendons related to poor positioning while typing leading to RSI. It worked very well and is still in use. Computer use diminished with a job changed but now, it's back to hitting the keys, and another glove for the other hand.
Terrific support and flexibility are the hallmarks of these gloves. You will not be disappointed. However, doing flexibility/strength exercises and learning how to massage the origins of the tendons in your arms provides preventative maintenence. This product will not save what has already been damaged.
