Make SURE you keep these on your medicine shelf, they're THAT good! You just never know what montezuma's revenge might creep up - after grandma's fruitcake, after mom's famous sausage stuffing, or Auntie Flo's famous deviled eggs. You'll escape the Griswold Christmas Family vacation episodes if you have this on your shelf. Life will be great and you can go back socializing with people, instead of your plumbing. It helps control IBS symptoms. I take 2 tablets every day. And it's good for those of us who are lactose intolerant. It contains no lactose like the Kirkland product.
