This product has worked incredibly well for me... since I began using it correctly. When I've used the Indian God spray, I can go, pretty much, as long as I want, and, believe me, her only complaint is that it's sometimes too long.
I've found the best way to use the spray is as follows:
Put one or two sprays on the underside of the penis, beneath the head, and then rub it in, around the area. You should do this 30 minutes or more BEFORE you intend to engage in sex, so that it has time to take effect. Yes, there will be some slight burning, but not painfully so.
After the 30 minutes, wash the area before having sex.
