The Device works great, but in my case maybe I should not have used it.
I felt it was working good, but after a week of use my neck started to get worse.
I used it for a couple more days then HAD to stop as my neck was hurting more that it ever had.
I have been almost afraid to retry it for fear the Pain will return as with the first use.
So I am NOT CERTAIN I can blame it on the device.
So use it Carefully and I suggest start slow and stop soon if discomfort increases.
