The walker I have came with small, 3-inch, wheels which caused several problems: the walker would snag on carpet, got stuck in cracks in the pavement, etc. The 5" wheels have eliminated these problems. They were easy to install, and adjust: you just snap them in place.
The process was seamless, I ordered, they shipped. The package arrived several days before their estimate.
