Customer Review: I like this inversion sling

I have scoliosis (curved spine)and find that hanging from an inversion sling evens the hips, then lengthens the spine in correct alignment. This particular one is very comfortable to use, and I have owned it for over a year. I have tried others, which are not as well padded or sturdy, although the function is the same. I chose to hang the sling from the ceiling, using sturdy eye hooks in a 2 x 6 plank mounted to the ceiling. I purchased chain to lengthen the straps, and used quick links to connect everything.
Using this inversion sling daily, along with a well-designed yoga practice, and attention to posture, has done wonders for my back, and I am now pain-free. Everyone is different, and I would advise: first seek medical clearance to hang upside down, then find a qualified Iyengar trained yoga teacher, to learn appropriate use of this sling, and other yoga poses to help your condition.
I experienced positive customer service, and would buy from this seller again.
