I recently ordered an item from Amazon. I did it on-line and I'm very disappointed.
I wanted a Styrofoam exercise device that is half cylindrical in shape. In the display it's called a half-round. I chose the shape from those portrayed in the catalog. One half round, 36"long and the curved portion is either 6" in diameter or 3" in radius, whichever way you choose to describe the curved portion.
What I received was a full-round cylinder that is 36" long and 6" in diameter. I'm not going to try to return it. Once bit, twice shy is my opinion.
From now on I will only order books from Amazon. At least none of my book orders have yielded me something I can't use.
I sure wouldn't recommend ordering Styrofoam forms on-line.
Customer Review: Pedal broke Off!!

After using it on a daily basis for about 3 months the right pedal broke off.
I tried screwing it back in until the threading on the bolt got so worn down that I couldn't do that anymore. Overall it is a piece of junk with the timer being broken and not displaying the lower half of the display. I only could see what my speed was and nothing more. Overall it is a piece of junk and I'm no longer buying from the Isokinetics company
