While this tastes better than some of the other protein supplement drinks, don't be fooled into thinking it actually tastes good compared to real food like I did. This isn't a knock on the isopure products, the initial flavour of this drink isn't bad but the after-taste is not good at all and I think that is true with any of these clear protein products.
If you want a protein source that is low cost and very high quality I would try raw eggs in a shake with fresh fruit or real chocolate... now that tastes good and is healthy! I know some people freak out about food poisoning but the rate of contaminated eggs in the US food supply is about one in 20,000. [...] You have a better chance of getting food poising from eating out and ordering a salad.
