I have been using this tool for several years and lost mine during my vacation. I ordered it through Lulee.
Lulee gave me a call and took care of shipping problem for me. She provides good service and called me twice.
As far as results for using Jade , you should try it. It's easy to seat in front of TV and massage your face and neck by just rolling it around after you put the facial cream or mask on. It prevents wrinkles and also removes them after. You just use it at list twice , three times a week. This is a natural product and it works for me.
