My podiatrist advised me to use this product because other calcium supplements had not worked well for me. Have been using it for almost a year and it's great! My calcium levels are now in normal ranges. No side effects, gas, or stomach upsets with this product and I take 2 pills 3 times a day. Can be hard to find locally so getting it from Amazon.com is easy and price is better than what I can get driving 20 miles to the closest store that carries it.
