Does its job and has necessary amino acids in it to make it a protein powder. But the taste is simply terrible. It has a deep complex flavor as good as any cardboard box. I tried sugar, Stevia, juice, milk and some other stuff to mix with but the that terrible stench will not go away. I've decided to give it to my dog....
