First off. I did a tremendous amount of research on products. I tried a few products one I purchased at the store which was inexpensive, but I had poor results. I purchased two products I think are really great but since I used the Jarrow Formula first and for a longer period of time I decided to review it here. First off I found the product to be cheaper on-line through Amazon than at the store. I've used this product for over seven month and it has shown fantastic results! I just wanted my skin to be appear glowing clearer two shades lighter and brighter. For me this product has been great I think the key is to use it the product for over six months consistently although I did see subtle results within three weeks! I think it is good idea to be reasonable because the process takes time and consistency. I have read that a certain percentage of people will fall into a category where glutathione is ineffective for them due to biological make-up. I've read that if you take 500mg with vitamin C twice a day it is fine, and works I basically followed this regime. Now I'm going to be experimenting now with 1000mg twice a day to see the results.
