To give you some premising perspective, I am a college student and I work very hard. I am a tall fit male with slim build. I started with 200mg pills that I quickly realized were way too much for my needs (soon I was breaking them into halves).
These Jet Alert pills take about 25 minutes to kick in and I generally use them for before an early morning lecture or before a long study session. I've also tried taking one right before lifting weights, and I did feel pleasantly pumped throughout the workout. 120 pieces have lasted me about 3 months. Caffeine will increase your metabolism and dehydrate you--I've made sure to compensate for that and haven't had a problem.
This last part is for the coffee drinkers. I do enjoy coffee (I drink it black), and I used to drink up to 2 cups a day. That's not much, but I didn't like the way it worked with my stomach pH, as coffee is acidic. You should verify this on your own, but a high acidity diet could mess with your long term bone and stomach health. It also stained my teeth. Jet Alert is the only retailer on Amazon selling in 100 mg, and their pills make a great substitute for my coffee habit. So if my description sounds good to you, stick with Jet Alert.
