I'm 67, and found it wasn't worth the effort to get down on the floor to use it. There is nothing wrong with the support, it is relaxing, but I have a memory foam contour pillow that works just as well while I sleep.Customer Review: Product is ok.

Perhaps I don't know how to use the neck support but I did not find this to be of any value. I will be returning it.
