I have nursed all 3 of my kids and these are the only pads I will buy. It would be an understatement to say that I have an extremely strong milk supply, and an even bigger understatement to say that I have a strong let-down reflex. These pads consistently work wonders. Of course you have to change them more often as they do not have a plastic backing on them, but that is another reason they are so awesome. They soak up every drop and also let your skin breathe. I am safely a full C and these provide more than enough coverage. They are so comfortable that you don't even feel them when you have them in your bra, and they aren't flat like some which means you don't have to worry about looking lumpy as a result of trying to get them to lay with the contour of your breast.
I'm not looking for a pad to take me from morning to night and if you are, these may not be for you unless you don't leak much. I am ok with changing my pads a little more often for the comfort. I only wish they could mimic these pads in a washable variety but I haven't found anyone that does, so I'll keep using these.
