I get tension headaches and I find this mask does help shorten the duration and keeps them at bay longer. I use it over a satin eye mask because I find this more comfortable than having the nodules directly on my skin. I was suprised but I did find this mask useful and I'm glad I bought it.Customer Review: Would not recommend

This product does nothing, it has a tiny massager that basically vibrates a few different ways, the little rubber tentacles do nothing. Do not buy, would be wasting your moneyCustomer Review: Doesn't help migraines

When you have a migraine, the pressure actually hurts. When using it without a migraine, it's an interesting feel, but not worth buying it.
