I have had canker sores all my life. I always got them on my gums or cheek which were painful but bearable without medicine. A few days ago I got one on my tongue which is so much worse. Hard to talk and eat. First time I felt the need to buy over the counter pain medicine for it. I bought Zilactin-b and Canker Melts with little to no relief. But then I found this and which really does help numb the area and for the first time in days I can eat without cringing! It has 20% benzocaine where others have 10%. BIG difference.
