Backspace key didn't work consistently. Key travel was clunky, not for touch typists. You can definitely see the keys on this one, though. I returned this due to the defective backspace key.Customer Review: Plug and Play does not work for Vista

This keyboard does not automatically install with Windows Vista and the website does not provide the drivers for it if you are running Vista. The website claims that it works automatically when connected with vista, but it does not. After trying multiple usb ports and getting a PS2 adapter, I can assure you that this is incompatible with Vista unlike the manufacture's claims. Customer service for this product is poor. In a week they called back once, and did not fix the problem. This is going back to Amazon in exchange, hopefully, for a keyboard that actually does install. I am not a big fan of plug and play keyboards, and I am even less of a fan when the manufacturer does not provide the drivers on its website for operating systems that it claims are supported. Even with a plug and play item, the manufacturer should still provide the drivers on a CD in the box and certainly online. There is no installation CD with this product. The online drivers are only for Windows ME and not XP or Vista.Customer Review: NOT DURABLE in the least!!!

I bought this product and put it in service 12/1/2009 for light duty use at home, about 3-4 hours perhaps twice a week. I LOVED it and it made a huge difference is ease of using the computer. But as of 7/1/2010, the number pad has failed. Now, when I press one of the numbers, it acts as a random TAB. I contacted the company who said it could be the USB connection --I tested, it is not. Their take: Tough luck. It is out of warranty. I have NEVER had a keyboard with such a short lifespan (7 MONTHS!!!) I think this is outrageous! I had shown it to my ophthalmologist who posted info on it in his office but I intend to warn him about its shoddy construction! Another caution is that it does not work with all systems (a small warning buried in the packaging) due to power differences. So BE WARNED AND BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
