Customer Review: the best stuff to use

I've been a ballet dancer for about 5 years now, and after injuring myself after the first year, this is the only tape I've found to work. I also use it when I run. I use it on my knee (one of the most abused places for a dancer, I assure you). It lasts for a week (though it stays on better if i wear tights to keep the edges from peeling) or two days if it's not the waterproof kind.
the best part about Kenesio Tex is the fact that it stretches with your body. most tapes don't stretch, and they restrict you. or, when you bend or straighten something, it pulls away from your skin and just makes a mess. Kenesio sticks to your skin, moves with your skin, and offers just enough support.
I'm sold on this stuff for the rest of my athletic career.
