Well, I liked the flavor and I would believe it was a good source of vitamin C. But I was not comfortable with artificial ingredients included in this product as another purchaser had commented. I was surprised to find a lengthy list of ingredients when this package arrived. I got these for my son who is on a strict diet. i was not pleased to find yellow and red dye and sucralose (Splenda) as undisclosed ingredients in this product. Here is a complete list of ingredients: Sorbitol, Sodium Ascorbate, Ascorbic acid, Corn Starch, Natural and Artifical Orange Flavor, Magnesium Stearate, Orange Juice Powder, Silicon Dioxide, Sucralose, Yellow 6 Lake, Lactose (milk), Red 40 Lake. This is just a really bad tasting product. I thought I would get used to the taste but no way.
Instead of plane old sugar they have added some artificial sweetener that makes me gag.
Don't waste your money.
