I recently visited my GI doctor due to strange & inconsistent BMs which I considered odd for a healthy man of 35 years. In lieu of treating my condition with OTC drugs, I asked for a more holistic approach. I was delighted when he shared his personal story and usage of Konsyl in his own daily diet for the last 9 months. He testified that he had lost weight, reduced his cholesterol & had much better BMs. I added Konsyl to my diet, not daily since I thought it was a little excessive, but every other day, usually in the evening. Before this time, I thought it was just normal to go 3-4 days between normal BMs, and now it is about 1 per day, sometimes more, but always smooth, soft & relatively large. I know this is a little graphic, but I must be candid and admit that I am customer for life. I have only been using this product for the last 60 days, but I can promise you that it is the best all-natural fiber product out there.
Make sure you drink plenty of water and use this wonderfully nature product in your own diet.
My tip: I keep the container in the fridge and when mixing use warm water. This method really helps the powder expand, and I use about 20oz. for just 1 teaspoon, just to make sure I have enough water content. I then follow with a chaser of about another 12-16oz. of cool water. Juice would probably be more palatable, but I guess I am a glutton for the natural!

Heart healthy formula. 6 grams per teaspoon psyllium hydrophilic mucilloid per teaspoon. Doctor recommended for over 45 years. 75 teaspoon doses. Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol that include 7 grams of soluble fiber per day from psyllium husk may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease (CHD) by lowering cholesterol.
