This is actually an awkward subject to talk about. But I usually have very heavy periods and I always used pads which then always lead to leaks! I've used almost every brand of tampons, but nothing would last more than 30 minutes before I had to change them. My friend told me about these and with a little practice, it was very easy to use. These will hold me at least 2 to 3 hours before they need changing. I like these specifically because of my very heavy periods. So if you're very heavy, these are perfect! I would always buy the 36 pack about every 2 months but when I saw them in bulk at Amazon, I was so pleased. I received six boxes and I think they should last me quite a while.
