Customer Review: Relief for neck injury and bulging neck disc

I have used this product since 2002 when I went thru the windshield of a car. My neck injuries, unfortunately can't be repaired, and I use this for relief when my neck is in spasm and the bones are hurting. Also, I use it to ride in the car so that unexpected bumps, swerving, or sudden stops don't worsen or reinjure my neck!
However, DO NOT buy this product or anything from BP Medical Supplies on Amazon. He is a liar, don't answer the phone, and finally sends the product after 20 days and filing complaints. The only reason he has any good reviews is because he offers to refund shipping if you will recant your review and lie on his behalf. I have all the e-mails to prove this! After the bribery of shipping refund for a lie, this idiot still has 20% customer complaints!! Amazon is just like EBay, they don't care who screws people on their website-EVEN SICK & DISABLED PEOPLE-as long as they get paid!
