- L. M. X. 4 should only be used externally.

LMX 4% Topical Anesthetic Cream (30 g) This is a great pain relief cream. I mainly use it for my arthitic knees, but also find it useful for my muscles when fibromyalgia pain sets in. The relief is temporary -- several hours -- of course, but oh-so-welcome. The prices on Amazon are the best I've found anywhere!
