I didn't try anything inventive with this so maybe thats why it tasted like refugee milk. Its nasty and bitter, tastes just as nasty with water as milk. If you use a blender its really milky and full I cant even finish a glass. I use the whey protein shots now, their nasty too but are really small so don't have to drink a lot of it.
