bought this looking for something to get rid of the kp on the back of my arms. it's not a miracle by any means, but it has reduced it by about 50% over about 4 1/2 months. I also get acne on my face even though I am 28. I use the new proactive, which is pretty good, but doesn't fully get rid of the zits. This moisturizer puts it over the top. I used to get a couple blemishes a week, but now I don't get any. I have really sensitive skin, but this does not bother it at all. The flakiness on my face is also gone. I'm interested to see if the 12% lotion would help my kp even more. Overall, this is a very good moisturizer, but I couldn't give it 5 stars because it is somewhat hard to get, unless you buy it online
