Those nipple creams simply aren't enough when the baby has really done a number on your skin, as happened to me. But the second my lactation consultant applied this gel pad to the sore area, I experienced an instant feeling of strong, soothing cool. This product nicely smoothed out what otherwise would have been some pretty rough days. If you're planning on nursing a kid, I'd recommend having a packet of these soothie things on hand in case you might want them, because when you're really in need, they provide a route to instant, amazing relief.
