Looks good, tastes great. I am diabetic and bought these as they are advertised as fruit and nut bars. What they are are date bars with a few minor other ingredients. Buyer beware.Customer Review: yuck!

I tried all flavors. When you read the ingredients, you can notice that the base is dates, but I really do not know how they get it to taste like cherry, chocolate or the other, when some of these flavors do not exist in the ingredients. The taste is bad, and I'm stuck with a box on my counter. I'd rather munch on dried fruits than this bar of soap.
