The Cashew cookie bars are my favorite, they taste just like a cookie bar. The Cherry ones are tart, and the apple ones are very cinnamon-y. Nice, fast, filling snack for a busy day at work.Customer Review: Tasty!

my trainer gave me one of the Cashew Cookie flavor bars when my blood sugar dropped during a workout. I felt better & energized within 15 minutes and never had a sugar crash that some bars given you, so decided to try more. Love that there's only two ingredients in most - dates & nuts with no preservatives and/or additives. Fairly high in calories compared to some but am going for quality. Only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 is that I'm don't like all of the flavors but that's preference - Cashew Cookie is my favorite flavor!Customer Review: Wonderful Flavor and Variety

I've got a drawer full of nutrition bars and these (and 18 Rabbits) are my current favorites.
Unlike other bars, they aren't too messy to eat at a desk, too chewy so that your jaws get tired eating them, too rich, or too fattening. They have NO sodium (yay!).
On the negative side, it has way too much sugar (23g) and not enough fiber (5g).

the cashew cookie is the only good one, its really good. The cherry pie taste horrible, and the apple pie taste like plastic, like it was packaged for too long. I can't believe these are $28 on here for 18 bars, if u have a Sam's Club membership like I do they only cost about $9 for the box. BIG DIFFERENCE. Also keep an eye out for sales at the grocery store, my Publix grocery store has them 10 for $10, and it is not a sale tag it looks like a regular price tag so I don't know but that means I can get 30 assorted bars vs the 18 in this box for the same price. Amazon you are expensive.
