Vegan. Organic. Fair Trade Cocoa. Kosher Pareve. Sampler of three flavors. Bars are semi-moist brownie-like. Small chopped nuts thoroughly mixed in. No frosting, just "cake." The mint variety has a very pleasant and prominent mint flavor. The chocolate and chocolate coffee have a very pleasing chocolate flavor, although the mocha flavor in the chocolate coffee bar is too understated. Variety pack is recommendable especially for those who like variety or would like to sample three different bars with one order. Socially responsible fair trade cocoa a plus. 190 Kcal and either 4 or 5g of protein per bar. Also really like Larabar Fruit & Nut Food Bar, Cinnamon Roll, 1.8-Ounce Bars (Pack of 16) in the regular Larabars. This review is out there for those for whom this makes a difference.
