I have never had a gum problem before I started using this product. I have always taken good care of my teeth that is why I bought this product in the first place. As a result of doing regular dental care combined with using Advanced Oral Hygiene my gums got irritated and swollen then my gums stared to recede. Since I have stopped using the product the irradiation has gone away but there is permanent damage to my gums. Don't take a chance with your teeth. This product is not worth using. It should be take off the market.
