I learned about this product from a book by Dr Don Colbert regarding help for diabetics. Now I am not diabetic yet but I have the potential of developing diabetes if I do not lose weight and watch my food intake. I have been using this product, twice a day, for about 6 months and have lost 25 pounds! I have gone from a size 26 pants to a size 22. It took about 14 weeks before it really began to work but that is what I had learned from my research on Irvingia. My stomach has shrunk! Now the one thing I am guilty of is that I do not exercise the way I should. But I am impressed by the success I have seen just in watching my calories and carbs while taking this product. I will continue to use this product!
UPDATE 11/16/10 I have now lost 30 pounds since using this product. I do watch my carb intake. And am on a 1200 calorie diet. Just wanted to tell people that it can work if you give it time. Truthfully, I have begun taking an African Mango supplement which has the same Irvingia 150 mg ingredient but is more affordable for me.
