I have used many products from this company and am generally pleased. For the last year I have used Life-Flo's DHEA cream. I have several medications I take by cream and I was having a difficult time finding enough different body parts to apply the different creams. I decided to take a break from the DHEA cream and try the capsules. The only problem I have found is the 50mg is a little high for me to take 5 days a week so I have had to decrease it to 4 days. I will probably go back to the cream after I finish the capsules due to not being able to adjust the amount as closely with the capsules. It is also my believe that creams are kinder to the liver.
