This bp monitor is the only one that I have found with interchangeable cuffs. It is the only machine that I have found where you can adjust the rate at which the cuff deflates which is what you need to use a small cuff. This is great because I have a small child that needs a small cuff. There is one feature that I don't like about the machine - it does not have memory. If you don't write the numbers down real fast and the machine cuts off they are gone. Otherwise it is a great machine.Customer Review: Good product while it works

I had this monitor for over two years and it worked well but when it broke I called the manufacturer for a replacement, as their website boasts a lifetime warranty. I was told my monitor could not be fixed and it only had a two year warranty. The only thing I was offered was a discount on a new replacement but the "discounted" price was $10 more than I could buy it for at a local retail store. I will look for a new monitor from a more reputable manufacturer.Customer Review: Disappointing; lacks port for AC adapter.

I ordered this for my father as per his health professional. BEWARE; it only takes batteries. It LACKS the connection port for the optional AC adapter sold on this site. I had to return it and order the Lifesource UA-767PAC model that DOES have the AC adapter included. I lost five dollars by the refunding it.Customer Review: Seller was less helpful

Seller was less helpful in trying to get me the product as a gift that I've ordered for my aunt for out of town. Poor customer service in which UPS held it and eventually i was force to return the product and lost my shipping fund from the order. Don't think I'll buy from here again.
