I tried this lip balm after having used the original Beeswax Lip Balm for quite some time. It's a very good formula, and it's great for being in the snow or for water sports. What I didn't like is that it leaves a sheer white layer on your lips, it doesn't go on clear. If you don't care about how your lips look and you want a product that will work very well, I recommend it. But if you do care, I recommend the original one.Customer Review: No more sun burnt lips or chapped ones for that matter!

This is my favorite out of all the Burt's Bees Lip care products. This lip balm is great for gals/guys. It's great for Summertime and winter as it protects your lips from the hot sun and also keeps your lips in great shape for winter and all the cold weather that comes with it! No more sun burnt lips or chapped ones for that matter! The lip balm has this wonderful minty tingle to it and also keeps my lips moiusturized for a long time. Ladies can wear it under lipstick or over it. Men can just put it on! It does have a white color to it when applied but I just wear it as is or put some lipstick on. I love Burt's Bees beeswax lip balm for use during the day. When I acquired BB's Lifeguard's Choice Lip Balm, I discovered the best way to use it: at night! Because it will discolor your lips, I put it on at night as sort of an intense nightly treatment for my lips. Sure, I'm not getting the benefit of outdoor wear, but it works great for me like this.
