I'm a strong believer in the power of green foods and as an active guy, I wanted to try some green protein powder (especially after reading Bring It!: The Revolutionary Fitness Plan for All Levels That Burns Fat, Builds Muscle, and Shreds Inches). I love all the ingredients this offers which I couldn't get anywhere else as a college student. I love that I can get all my phyto nutrition along with omega-3 in one little shake.
While it smells a bit odd, the taste is actually pretty good--a different chocolate like taste. I use a GNC Pro Performance mixer/blender bottle and I still have chunks but they're not too noticeable. Perhaps using an actual blender would produce a creamier shake.
Overall, I would recommend this product to someone who wants to gain all the nutrients while also saturating the body with the protein it craves following a workout. Sure, other products can do the same but this is a great option for a great price.

This super food complex provides a complete range of amino acids by combining pea protein, isolates, organic Manitoba Harvest? hemp protein powder, concentrated rice protein and Chia seed powder (ChiaMax®). The powerful Green Phyto Blend includes barley grass, barley juice, spirulina, wheat grass, chlorella, alfalfa, red beet root, broccoli, and chlorophyll offering a higher concentration of phytonutrients than a typical serving of dark, leafy green vegetables.
