I have arthritis in my back and hips for years and now I'm getting it in my hands. I do a lot of decorative painting and crocheting so needless to say, it can be quite difficult when the pain hits. I used this product twice when the pain struck and got relief in about 1/2 hour. Believe me, I keep this thing handy. It's so simple to use and convenient by being so compact. I don't think anything can beat a great back massage, but this comes close. I can't always get to the massage and my neck tightens up so much that it restricts the blood flow to my head causing me to fell just not right. So I take out the Life Relief and after just one 15 minute treatment I feel so much better. It was a great purchase for me.Customer Review: Light Relief

This seems to work, but in a very subtle sense. It does take some time to build up to any consistent level, but it really is more chronic, low level pain that seems to be affected. My daughter has spina bifida; her pain is very acute. There is some relief, but I would not recommend this for any conditions of the like.Customer Review: Great Reviews from Dad

Gave this item as a Christmas gift for my father and he has nothing but excellent reviews...has used it on his knee and back with good results. He is always complaining of aches after exercise and he wanted to use this before he gets into trying anything phamaceutical. This device works when you use it every day for about 1/2 hour on the affected pain area. My wife uses it every day on her arm and swears by it. Battery opertion does not work as stated. It is too short to be useful. The unit has to be plugged in.
