I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANY ONE.IT WILL GET YOUR MOTATIVE UP BY READING THE SUCCESS STORIES BUT IT'S NOT WORTH IT.I ATE A WELL BALANCED MEALS AND EXCERCISE 5 DAYS A WEEK 45 MINS TO A HOUR IT INCLUDE VARIOUS EXCERCISE. I FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ON THE BOTTLE AND INSTAED OF LOSING THE LAST 10 POUNDS I NEEDED TO I'VE GAINED 3LBS.
